Foundation Fit
A thorough, complete bikefit in 90 minutes appropriate for most cyclists on most bikes.
Every Foundation Fit includes a cycling and movement history interview, discussion of goals, pre and post-fit measurements, contact point assessment and adjustment across all three points (saddle, pedals, cockpit), on-bike movement analysis, gait assessment and cleat setting, access to the full test saddle library, and use of fitting stems, bars, and seatpost.
You'll leave with a written report of your before and after positions, what was changed, and why.

Extended Fit
$350 | 2.5 hours
The same thorough fit as the Foundation, with additional time for more complex setups and presentations. This time slot is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Extended time is indicated for: aerobar and TT/triathlon positions; cyclists with significant pain patterns or complicated injury history; riders wanting to test more than 5 saddles; people bringing multiple components for testing or interested in the most in-depth, iterative process.
Every Extended Fit includes everything in the Foundation Fit, plus the additional time and depth your setup requires. Written report included.

Ride And Refine
This service is designed for situations where a road test between sessions makes the fit significantly better.
Common uses: fitting two bikes; fitting a current bike while sizing and planning a future purchase; dialing a first fit after riding testing normal training conditions; for newer riders looking for guidance buying shoes, cleats and other accessories; adding or updating an aerobar position for endurance or triathlon use cases.
The first session is scheduled at booking. You ride the first position outside, come back, and we refine from there. Written report included for both sessions.
