Biomechanical bikefitting for all bodies and most bikes
My interest in bikefitting came about during a time in my riding career where I was trying to parse out the difference between suffering, hard work and pain. I had been riding a bike I was starting to believe was too big for me and on a few particularly tough gravel rides, I found myself riding through a lot of pain. Although I was accustomed to pushing my limits on my bike, I was not accustomed to the wrist sensitivity, knee pain, back pain, poor breathing, difficulty handling and the immediate fatigue while climbing I was suddenly experiencing.
After switching my bike to one sized correctly to me, I experienced a resolution of nearly all of those patterns of discomfort. Shortly after, and on the encouragement of many friends, I began to pursue training in bikefitting. Soon, the idea behind Revolutions Per was planted. Since then, it has been a privilege to have the support of my cycling community as I've opened the business and begun sharing my knowledge.
